By sourcing steel from shipping containers as a structural shell we able to save up to 75% of the lumber needed in traditional construction. 

The steel construction eliminates exterior sheeting, truss system, floor joists, and many other wood products associated with traditional construction. Our custom modular dwellings use just 25% of our precious lumber resources and this applies to any style of dwelling from casitas and cabins to large multi family projects. We are using steel for handrails and stairways and concrete for upper level decking.

By up-cycling steel containers we are minimizing our carbon footprint and pROI ding a unique building technology that will outlast ANY traditional build on the market, past or present. With some light paint maintenance this is a 1000 year product.
