Philosophy

My goal as a builder is to push the limits of existing building technology to explore new opportunities and resources. Inspired by Artist like Szukalski, Architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright, and Innovators like Tesla, my goal is to remain a student of construction concepts for both luxury living and affordable/sustainable homes. 

My schedule is rather full most of the year so to keep my customer service formula pure, I pay close attention to what projects may or may not be a good fit for my portfolio at the time. 

General Contracting the right way…Consulting your custom project to life requires excellent sub contractors, I will guide you through the process with my own trusted sub group here locally, or provide pricing reviews and logistics for remote projects by helping you hire the right local contractors in your area. I am based out of Mesa Arizona but can help customers any where in the world via Zoom, FaceTime, conference calls and utilizing all the wonderful resources of the modern world that allow me to work remotely. 

My container home designs use only a fraction of the wood or lumber products that would go into a traditional build. No truss system, no joists, steed framing studs, no sheer wall or roof sheeting, we only use about 10% of the trees needed to build a dwelling. 

Our engineers provide a full set of detailed plans on everything from structural to MEPs, my engineering partners paired with my building experience and design will bring your custom concept to life the right way. We try to eliminate design flaws that might look great on paper but become less than functional when materialized, as well as code and compliance needs.
